Return & Refund Policy

The European Electric Karting League (EEKL) is operated by BSR International SIA. By purchasing race entries, registrations, products or services through this website, you agree to the following policy.

Race Registrations

Race entry fees are generally non-refundable once the registration has been confirmed. In exceptional circumstances, BSR International SIA may approve a refund, credit, or transfer to another event at its sole discretion.

Event Changes

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled by the organizer, registered participants will be offered an appropriate solution, which may include:

• transfer of the entry to a new event date;
• event credit;
• or a refund where applicable.

Products

Unused physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

Services

Services that have already been provided, including race participation, coaching, mechanic services, media production, practice sessions, or other event-related services, are not eligible for refunds once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
