Registration and Participation

Participation in EEKL events requires successful registration and payment of the applicable fees. All participants must comply with the official sporting and technical regulations of the championship.

Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Payments must be completed before a registration or order is confirmed.

Event Changes

BSR International SIA reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, race formats, or services when necessary due to operational, safety, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Driver Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility, licensing, safety equipment, and sporting requirements before attending an event.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, trademarks, and championship materials are the property of BSR International SIA or its partners and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

BSR International SIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, participation in events, or purchased services, except where required by applicable law.

Governing Law
